Summer Camp Excursions

During the summer break, EMC invites local summer camps to visit their coral nursery and restoration site at Ten Pound Bay. This initiative aims to educate children about coral reef ecology and ocean conservation through interactive games, discussions, and guided snorkel tours. Previous outings were highly successful, with camp counsellors noting that campers enthusiastically discussed their learning and experiences afterward. EMC plans to continue this initiative annually, aiming to foster a deeper appreciation for coral ecosystems and conservation among the younger generation.
